The pockets are organized as follows:

1. PREP - Nutrition, Lip/Skin Protection, Lotions

2. RACE GEAR - HR Strap, Timing Chip, Speedsuit, Goggles, Swim Cap, Ear Plugs, Headlamp

3. POST RACE GEAR - Changing Poncho, Casual Clothes, Sandals, Cash

4. Extras - Tools, Sharpie, Water Bottle, Towel

5. T1 - Bike Shoes, Helmet, Gloves, Nutrition, Bottles

6. T2 - Run Shoes, Hat, Sunglasses, Race Belt, Nutrition

7. Wetsuit, Wet/Dirty Gear
