PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Payment Due: Payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • No Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Service Changes: Requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) business days of payment.

  • Scope of Work: Services are limited to the agreed scope; additional work requires approval and may incur fees.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in paused or terminated services.

  • Chargebacks: Chargebacks are prohibited and constitute a breach of agreement.

  • Acceptance: Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
