Payment Due: Payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable.
Service Changes: Requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) business days of payment.
Scope of Work: Services are limited to the agreed scope; additional work requires approval and may incur fees.
Late Payments: Late payments may result in paused or terminated services.
Chargebacks: Chargebacks are prohibited and constitute a breach of agreement.
Acceptance: Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
