The Pink Palace: A Fully Immersive Mural Experience at Albany Aesthetics

The Pink Palace inside Albany Aesthetics in Stuart, Florida stands as one of the largest and most immersive mural projects I’ve ever completed… an environment where nearly every wall and ceiling became a canvas.

From the moment you enter, the space sets its tone. The lobby features a soft watercolor-style pink palette with an ombré back wall behind the logo, creating an elegant yet welcoming first impression. Throughout the 20,000 square foot medical spa, no two rooms are the same. Each procedure room was given its own visual identity, all unified by textured, hand-painted finishes designed to feel elevated, warm, and intentional.

The bathroom features custom gold leaf detailing, adding a refined contrast and unexpected moment of luxury. In the back hallway and two main corridors, an Italian stucco-inspired limestone wash was applied to bring depth, movement, and architectural texture to the walls.

One of the most challenging (and rewarding) elements was the ombré ceilings within the arched architectural spaces. Painting overhead while honoring the curves beneath required precision and patience, but the underlying architecture offered a beautiful foundation that made the final result especially satisfying.

The Pink Palace is more than a spa interior… it’s a fully realized artistic environment where texture, color, and craftsmanship transform the experience from room to room.

An additional moment of artistry within the Pink Palace was a custom couture-style Garbage Gone Glam gown created for owner Kiera DiCicco, made entirely from more than $1 million worth of injectible filler packaging materials, including boxes and brochures. Repurposed and sculpted into a wearable work of art, the gown transformed branded materials into texture, movement, and form… blurring the line between fashion, sustainability, and installation art. As seen in the images below, the piece served as both a visual statement and a celebration of the brand’s commitment to creativity, innovation, and beauty beyond the expected.
